Terms of Service

Services. Fruitful Local provides marketing services to local businesses under the plan you select. What each plan includes, and its price, is stated at the time of purchase.

Your property. Websites, domains, Google Business Profiles, ad accounts, and content we build or manage for you belong to you. If you end service, we hand over access to everything in your name.

Text messaging. By opting in, you agree to receive account and customer-care text messages from Fruitful Local at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use. You agree not to ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing, and you confirm that the facts you give us about your business are true.
